Ingredients

  • ½ cup Karuna Rejuvenate Whole Plant Juice
  • 1 organic orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • ½ cup frozen mangos
  • 1 small baby banana or ½ large banana, very ripe
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons whole hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Smoothie will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours and can be frozen for up to 7 days.

  1. FRESH GINGER & TURMERIC. If fresh ginger and fresh turmeric aren’t available you can omit it 1 or both or use ¼ teaspoon of powdered ginger and/or turmeric.
