In bowl, mix together your vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, black pepper, and organic cane sugar until well combined. This makes your coleslaw dressing. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Dump your tri color coleslaw in a large mixing bowl and add your coleslaw dressing. Toss dressing with your coleslaw. Cover and move to the refrigerator for a couple hours. Serve along side some vegan ribs, soul food potato salad, stove top baked beans or southern baked beans, or vegan lentil meatballs!
