Ingredients

  • 2 fresh mangos, cube (appr. 1½ cup) note 1
  • ¼ large red (purple) onion, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • ½ fresh jalapeno, chopped note 2
  • ½ fresh half a bunch of cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • First rinse and prep all your ingredients making sure everythiing is measured and chopped. If you need to know how to properly cut a mango check out the step-by-step photos below the recipe card.
  • Add all the ingredients and gently mix to combine. You can serve right away as a fresh component with your favorite meal prep dishes or even with some tortillas!

Notes

  1. If you want to use frozen mangos for this, be sure to thaw it out first. I have not personally tried this with frozen mangos, but it should work!
  2. This mango salsa is a versatile recipe. Try adding other fruits like pineapple or papaya!
  3. Makes approximately 3 cups. One cup is an approximate serving.
