How is this Vegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse Healthy?

    • Avo Keto Whole Plant Smoothie: This is one of Karuna’s newest drinks! It is low in sugar, high in good healthy fats (more avocado goodness), and even a good source of fiber and plant based protein!
    • Avocados: Not only do avocados provide a creamy texture, they are high in potassium, can lower cholesterol, and a great source of Vitamin E, K, and C.
    • Dairy Free Pudding: Dairy is NOT a food group fitted for human consumption. Whether you are vegan or not, when you eliminate dairy from your diet, your health improves.

Vegan Toppings to Serve to With Pudding

I have struggled with my weight all of my life, I am underweight and have recently turned vegan. I was worried I might lose more weight but after reading your article I am somewhat hopeful that I can gradually do it. I live in the UK and we can not get the Karuna smoothies here yet, I wonder if you know of an alternative I can use. I wanted to make the avocado chocolate treat. It looks lovely. I have saved all the info you have pinned and looking forward to getting my bum back. Thank you for inspiring me to continue with my decision to be vegan and to gradually gain some healthy weight.
